Everyone! The Bowls England Champions Dinner is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the Aviva National Finals winners and finalists.

Bring your family and friends along to celebrate.

If you book as a group, you will be seated with the people in your booking (up to a table of 10).

If you book individual seats, we cannot guarantee who you will be sat on a table with.

Tickets are transferable but not refundable. If they are transferred after Wednesday 18th October, we will not be able to accommodate changes to the printed name card, meal choice and seating plan.

If you are unable to attend the event and you have already bought a ticket, you are welcome to let a friend or relative use this ticket in your absence. Please contact tom.green@bowlsengland.com for any enquires regarding refunds, bookings and any other concerns or queries you may have.

For this event we will send you an email confirmation after booking. As we will have a guest list on the door, you will not need to bring the confirmation with you.

If you have booked as part of a group, the email confirmation will be sent to the lead booker’s inbox.

Doors open at 6pm for a drinks reception.

No. To attend this event, you must have pre-bought a ticket. We are expecting tickets to sell out fast so please do not delay and purchase your ticket as soon as possible.

Delegates arriving by car will have to register their vehicle at reception on arrival. Failure to do so will result in full charges. The DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry has 200 car parking spaces which are available on a first come first served basis.

Unfortunately, we have sold out of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton, join our waiting list and be the first to hear if more rooms become available.

The Dress code for the event is smart; jacket and tie for men, smart dress for women.
