Delivery and returns policy
We will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 3 working days, it may be longer in busy periods. Also please allow 14-21 days for goods out of stock.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK; Customers will receive an email within in the next working day to offer an alternative item or approximate delivery time.
We maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order, if applicable, will be shipped and an e-mail advice sent to the customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing item(s).
Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability and price checking, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer. We accept no liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.
PLEASE NOTE: The prices on this website only include postage and packing for items being sent within the UK mainland. If you wish to have items delivered outside the UK Mainland please contact the office on 01926 334609 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you and we guarantee a polite response and speedy resolution to all matters such as this.
If, upon delivery of any item purchased from this site, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us in original packaging. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost.
If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.
We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.
All transactions effected through this web site will be directed through a secure server. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure the security of every transaction but we cannot be held liable for any loss, no matter how arising.
