David Wells
National Disciplinary Officer
Having played bowls for just four years, I have been sufficiently smitten to want to give something back to the game. I became a committee member at my local club but wanted to help on a broader field, hence Bowls England. I want to offer my wider business experience and personal enthusiasm in a completely new role and also twin my time with a volunteer at a local theatre.
