Thanks to two of our partners, we are delighted to share two online workshops that will benefit your club financially. Both workshops take place on Tuesday 21st March with the Club Funding workshop at 10am and easyfundraising workshop at 7.30pm.
Bowls England continues to assist clubs to access information on potential grant funding through our agreement with GrantFinder. At 10am, learn how to gain access to investment for the things you love to do!
Then come along to an informal session at 7.30pm to find out how your bowls club can use the free easyfundraising platform to benefit from unrestricted funding. This session for new or existing users of easyfundraising will get you set up for a great year of fundraising with easyfundraising.
Please note that both of these workshops are for bowls clubs affiliated to Bowls England.
Club Funding Workshop – Tuesday 21 March (10am)
We’re working with GrantFinder to help clubs access information on grant funding. To date this investment has helped clubs secure £134,797 – this means for every pound we have invested it has returned £7.96 to affiliated clubs. We’ve arranged a webinar in conjunction with GrantFinder to show you just how easy it is to find potential funding solutions for your club on Tuesday 21 March at 10am. Click here to sign up now – places are limited so please book to avoid disappointment.
You can also visit our funding portal at any time – just click here for details.
easyfundraising Workshop – Tuesday 21 March (7.30pm)
easyfundraising enables you to raise money for your club when members and their friends/families shop with leading retailers such as eBay, Marks and Spencer, Amazon and Booking.com. Marine Gardens BC in Sussex raised nearly £60 last month. Norman Deegan from the club explained: “Many of our members already use the internet for shopping so why not turn their everyday spending into essential funds for your club.”
