Bowls England has announced its team for the British Bowls International Series to be held at Llandrindod Wells BC, Wales, from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 June inclusive.
Team Managers Kirk Smith and Sandy Hazell have retained the majority of players who successfully claimed Gold in both the men’s and women’s events in 2024.
In the Aviva England men’s team, Birmingham 2022 Gold Medallist Louis Ridout is named in the travelling party, whilst the Aviva England women’s side sees a recall to England colours for Steph Crates (Kent) and Morgan Merryweather (Berkshire).
Performance Director Mo Monkton said: “The squad day last Sunday provided the Team Managers and the wider performance team a great opportunity to see the squad in action, with several new faces pressing their claims. I am sure the selected team will do our country proud!”
