Club Services

How do I find my club Affiliation Number?
Click here to select your county press on clubs and find your club from the list. Once you have found your club, click on view profile which will show your club details including your affiliation numbers.
How do I update my Club details online?
You can log in to your club portal by clicking here.  Once logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page, go to your account and click on edit details.
I cannot log in to my club portal
If you know your club email address, then you can select reset password and a new password will be sent to your email.
I do not have my club log-in details
Please email  The email should include the current club secretary (as main contact person). As well as the full name, contact number and email address making clear the club and county name.  The new log in details will then be sent to this contact on the return from the Christmas closure.
Do I have to log in to the Club portal to review policies, rules and regulations documentations?
No, these are located on the top bar of the Bowls England Website, under the ‘About Us’ and ‘Safeguarding’ drop-down menus.
Can we have advice on club constitutions?
For advice on Club Constitutions and club structures, please visit As a condition of affiliation all clubs/counties must note the conditions Regulation 2.5.2 which can be found here, and must be referenced in your constitutions.
What is the Club winding up process?
Your club winding up process will be in your club’s governing document – either Constitution or Articles of Association.

Do I have to be affiliated with Bowls England to receive club funding; Loan or Bursary?
Yes, you have to be affiliated with Bowls England to apply for a Bursary or Loan and grant facilities.

All Club clothing is approved by your County Association – please contact them for more information. We recommend that no orders are placed prior to approval being granted.
