Official advice recommends against non-essential contact and all unnecessary travel – including working from home if you can – which means our routines are going to be changing.

Lots of people such as casino players spend a lot of time at home. They want to make the most of their time and keep physically active, but there isn’t always an opportunity to go outside. Some casino players find ways to keep physically active and stay at home.

Another way is to work out videos on YouTube or watch fitness videos on Netflix. This way, the player can get their exercise without leaving the comfort of their own home. Players who are looking for more in-depth workouts can also visit a gym or participate in bootcamps that focus on gaming and fitness together.
