Competitive sport is about shared experiences, friendships and memories that last a lifetime. These events are intended to enrich the enjoyment of players at County and Club level.
The Over 60 Mixed County Championship team event, provides an opportunity for our core audience to enjoy the thrill of representing their county and bid for a place at the National Bowls Finals. This will provide inter-county representative play for those who may no longer participate in other county events or have never had that opportunity, retains more people in senior competitions and meets the growing demand for mixed bowls.
The Champion of Champions is open to Club Championship Singles Champions only and each club is entitled to one entry into both the men’s and women’s competition.
The Club Two Fours is an open event, therefore teams can be all male, all female or a combination meaning the club team represents the whole club. In addition if Over 60′, there is the Tony Allcock Trophy involving four women and four men. For single gender competitions we offer a Men’s Top Club Competition involving a rink of two bowl singles, four bowl singles, pairs, triples and fours and a Women’s Top Club featuring four bowl singles, pairs, triples and fours.
