When you place an order through our website, we will immediately send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Bowls England will check the price and the availability of the goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, customers will receive an email within three working days to offer an alternative item or approximate delivery time.
We maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order, if applicable, will be shipped and an e-mail advice sent to the customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing item(s). Please allow 21 working days for goods out of stock.
Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability and price checking, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer. We will endeavour to dispatch all goods within three working days, it may be longer in busy periods. We accept no liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.
You may also order online and pay by cheque. Simply print a copy of your order and send it with your cheque to the address as above.
Prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

Bowls England Guarantee
With all our products manufactured to the highest quality standards we are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellence. However, occasionally even the best-engineered products can sometimes go wrong.
If your product fails within its guarantee period please do not hesitate to contact us on 01926334609 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to assist you. Are there any exclusions or limitations to the guarantee?
- Normal wear and tear
- Wilful or accidental damage
- Negligence or misuse or use other than for normal purposes
- Modifications/alterations to the product
- We reserve the right to alter or amend specifications/designs of any product as necessary
This does not affect your legal rights.
Returns Policy - Cancelling An Order/Exchanges/Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order. This does not apply to personalised items. To do this, please contact us on 01926 334609 or e-mail email@example.com
You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you and we guarantee a polite response and speedy resolution to all matters such as this.
If, upon delivery of any item purchased from this site, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us in original packaging. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost.
If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as soon as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.
We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.
All transactions effected through this web site will be directed through a secure server. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure the security of every transaction but we cannot be held liable for any loss, no matter how arising.
Claims for non-delivery of goods must be notified to Bowls England within 14 days of placing your order. Any shortages in packages must be notified to us within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery.
UK law applies. You and Bowls England submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in relation to any disputes arising out of this Agreement.
