The Aviva National Bowls Finals is back and set to be bigger and better in 2025, and we’re inviting you to join the action by signing up to be part of our incredible volunteer team.
Running from Wednesday 13th August to Sunday 31st August at the iconic Victoria Park, Royal Leamington Spa, this 19-day celebration of our sport is the highlight of the bowls calendar, and volunteers are vital to making it happen.
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at the Aviva National Bowls Finals is a rewarding and enriching experience. Whether you want to give back to the sport you have enjoyed playing for many years or have never picked up a bowl before there is a role for everyone. Likewise, if you are just starting out in your volunteering journey, want to gain life skills for your future career or simply find yourself with a little bit of spare time and want to meet some new people and make lifelong friends there is a place for you at the Aviva National Bowls Finals as part of our volunteer family.

The Volunteer Structure
This year we’ve simplified our volunteer teams based on feedback:
Fan Zone: Spectator and player entry, Club Zone, programme selling
Playing Area: Live scoring, scoreboard turning, badge and trophy presentations, hospitality
Tournament Office: Competition logistics and tournament administration
Each team is supported by a Team Leader who will guide you through your journey and make sure you have everything you need.

How to Sign Up
The volunteer registration form is now live. Simply fill in your details, tell us about your availability, and select the roles you’re most interested in.
We’ll be in touch with further information, training where needed, and event-specific details in due course.
