Women’s Senior Fours down to final four

The Women’s National Senior Fours Championship, supported by the Friends of English Bowling, is down to the final four following a packed day of action at Victoria Park, Royal Leamington Spa.

In tomorrow’s semi-finals Cumbria’s Jeanette Bell, Angela Hayton, Penny Peile and Kath Baxter (Wigton BC) will face Sussex’s Rachel Mackriell, Mary Bray, Julia Fordham and Denise Hodd (Polegrove BC), whilst Bedfordshire’s Dawn Grisley, Maz Fisher, Jenny Ralph and Jackie Bryant (Potton BC) play Hertfordshire’s Joan Welch, Aileen Weaver, June Mills and Shirley Bradbury (Riverain BC).

The semi-finals will commence at 9am.

Entry to the championships is free of charge. Chargeable parking is available in Victoria Park and in nearby town centre car parks.
