Representatives from Kent, Norfolk, Sussex and Worcestershire will contest the semi-finals of the Women’s Senior Pairs competition, sponsored by Bowling Abroad Holidays, after four tightly contested quarter-final matches this afternoon.

In the first semi-final, Sussex’s Lorraine Hume and Rachel Mackriell will face Worcestershire’s Viv Hall and Joan Parfitt, with Norfolk’s Pat Clarke and Christine Webb playing Kent’s Veronica Pink and Eileen Simpson.
