David has been with the BDA since June 2019 and manages the day to day operations of the Club Development Team to meet its targets and objectives. Dave also supports the training and delivery of the Bowls Bash programme and Play Bowls system. Dave also has Club Development responsibility for the North East of England which includes the following counties; Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria, Durham, North and East Yorkshire.

Chris has been with the BDA since November 2023 and is the Club and Community Development Officer for the North West, due to the geography of the sport Chris mainly support British Crown Green clubs he is available to support any Bowls England affiliated club in the North West. His role is to support clubs to gain new members, retain existing members and to help clubs with their long-term sustainability as well as driving community engagement through our place based, Community Club Hub Programme. Chris covers the following counties: Lancashire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Annie has been with the BDA since June 2019 and is the Club and Community Development Officer for the East of England, Her role is to support clubs to gain new members, retain existing members and to help clubs with their long-term sustainability as well as driving community engagement through our place based, Community Club Hub Programme. Annie also oversees the Weeks of Learning programme. Annie covers the following counties: Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Rutland, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire.
