Bowls England CEO Jon Cockcroft is looking forward to 2021, and hopes that this summer can be remembered for “all the right reasons.”

Speaking to Inside Bowls for their May edition, Jon also covered topics such as COVID safety, the upcoming Bowls’ Big Weekend and the preparation ahead of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham next year.

Cockcroft also praised the English Bowls community for their support.

“Our team has been working hard to ensure our national competitions programme can go ahead, and we are appreciative of the flexibility of counties, clubs and players to help make this happen.”
