Birmingham 2022: Para Men’s Pairs B6-B8 Bronze Medal

Previous Commonwealth Games: 1

Kieran Rollings recently said on Twitter, when describing the game of bowls that “any age, gender ability, and disability can play and compete against each other!”

Kieran seeks to promote bowls in such a positive light and is a real inspiration both on and off the green. Introduced to the game by his grandfather in 2011, Kieran admits he was been “hooked ever since.”

He has a natural connection with people which makes him an individual who is more ambassador than simple player. His fundraising efforts show his willingness to commit to causes he believes in.

Kieran appeared at the Commonwealth Games in 2018 when he was just 18 and has participated in the Disability Bowls England International squad since 2016.

At 22, he is the squad’s youngest member. He has secured numerous DBE National Titles and is a regular Club & County U25 competitor and winner of the National County U25 White Rose.

Kieran “couldn’t be happier” as he is now seeking to convert his considerable experience into medal success at Birmingham 2022.
